You can see that Banner Health is by far the largest employer with approximately 50,000 employees and over 1,000 active job listings on Indeed.com. Banner Health is based in Arizona and it operates 30 hospitals and several other facilities across 6 states. Banner is the largest employer in Arizona and one of the largest in the United States.
